THE EARLY POSTPARTUM RECOVERY​

Description

This pre-recorded program was designed by our specialist Eva Rogel for mothers after childbirth, starting anytime during the first 10 weeks postpartum. The workout consists of 10 sessions where we focus on the recovery journey through specific exercises aimed to improve and solve any pathologies related to previous or recent pregnancies (Incontinence, Diastasis Recti, Chronic Lower Back Pain…). 

The workouts include breathing exercises, muscle reconnection starting from the deep muscles of the core, involving the pelvic floor in a conscious way. We will use mobility exercises and postural muscle work, exercises that allow us to relax and relieve tension. We focus on improving flexibility, resistance, and balance. 

Following a progression based on respect for the body and its natural recovery time, we perform exercises that help the complete activation of the reproductive system, which, when strengthened, contributes to improve fertility (the organs are stimulated and strengthened thanks to the increased blood circulation). Exercise routines are varied and help relieve symptoms of depression if any, increasing self-esteem.

The program is suitable for both, vaginally and c-section postpartum.

During postpartum there is a high probability of reducing body weight and fat in a healthy and natural way due to breastfeeding. However, if your goal is to gain/lose weight, a nutritional plan could be added to this program. Prices will vary depending on the plan chosen.
