This intensive pre-recorded program was designed by our specialist Eva Rogel, for women that are physically active and want to focus in their core area. It is called Smart Training as we will teach you key exercises that will become part of your regular core workout routine and you will see results from Day 1.
Our workouts include mobility, postural awareness and breathing challenging exercises to improve self-control and strength. The focus is to increase pelvis balance along with core re-connection.
If your goal is to gain/lose weight, a nutritional plan could be added to this program. Prices will vary depending on the plan chosen.
