Description

This program is designed by our specialist Eva Rogel for women that are going through perimenopause and menopause. Staying strong with a healthy core and pelvic helps to increase bone density to prevent degenerative diseases, fractures and ensure quality of life.

Our workouts include mobility, postural awareness and breathing exercises during the warmup leading into strength training. We focus on progressively increasing endurance with the aim of improving resistance, coordination, flexibility, and others.

If your goal is to gain/lose weight, a nutritional plan could be added to this program. Prices will vary depending on the plan chosen.
