Description

This program is designed by our specialist Eva Rogel for women at any stage in life. We focus on rehabilitating the core muscles, healing, and strengthening the pelvic floor,  treating and solving pathologies (incontinence, organ prolapse, pelvic pain, diastasis recti, chronic lower back pain…) while gaining strength. In addition, it helps speed up the postpartum recovery phase after childbirth or solve any chronic pathologies. 

Our workouts include mobility, postural awareness and breathing exercises specially during the first 3 weeks (rehabilitation phase), moving towards strength training with the aim to improve proprioception and self-control while gaining back full body functionality. 

This program is the bridge to enjoy a normal life. Where basic movements such as picking things up, cleaning, going upstairs, going for a run, or playing with your children is an option without causing problems. We aim to improve resistance, coordination, and flexibility.

If your goal is to gain/lose weight, a nutritional plan could be added to this program. Prices will vary depending on the plan chosen.
