Description

This program is designed by our specialist Eva Rogel to keep expectant mothers in their 3rd trimester strong and prepared for childbirth. You will learn techniques to help reduce and control symptoms during the last stage of pregnancy, facilitating labor/delivery and a faster postpartum recovery through a safe exercise plan.

These are fun workouts that include aerobic and strength-conditioning exercises, improving resistance, preparing you for the real marathon of giving birth and a faster postpartum recovery. Physiotherapy sessions could be paired with this program.

We always start working on the connection of the core muscles involving the Pelvic Floor muscles to treat and reduce any dysfunction or Diastasis recti. Working larger muscle groups progressively. 

If your goal is to gain/lose weight, a nutritional plan could be added to this program. Prices will vary depending on the plan chosen.
