Description

This program is designed by our specialist Eva Rogel for mom and baby bonding. It gives mothers the opportunity to focus on toning, to improve strength, body functionality and body shape.

During the first 3 weeks, we focus on strengthening the pelvic floor and core area, following the Le Fit Mom’s concept of working larger muscle groups progressively. 

These workouts include mobility, postural awareness and breathing exercises during the warmup leading into strength training and progressively introducing high-intensity interval training with the aim to improve resistance, coordination, and flexibility.

This exercise regime is the bridge to enjoying a normal life. Where basic movements such as picking things up, cleaning, going upstairs, going for a run, or playing with your children is an option without causing problems.

If your goal is to gain/lose weight, a nutritional plan could be added to this program. Prices will vary depending on the plan chosen.
