Fitness + Nutritional Package

This program is designed to help women who are trying to conceive, boost their fertility, and be physically prepared to become pregnant.  Designed and supervised by our specialist Eva Rogel adapting it to the individual needs of each person in the group.  This program has been created with the help of a gynecologist and has been approved by a women’s health physiotherapist.

Each session is different, challenging and fun

Ensuring that there is a balanced progression, focusing on mood-boosting to help address hormonal imbalances, stress and fears.

Focused on the strengthening of the Pelvic floor and core

Following the Le FitMom’s concept in order to prevent or treat any future pathologies during pregnancy or postpartum. Working larger muscle groups progressively improves posture, self-confidence and strength overall.

These workouts include mobility, postural awareness and breathing exercises

During the warm up leading into strength training and progressively introducing high-intensity interval training.

It is based on functional training

Using different accessories such as bands, balls, gliding discs, trx, foam roller, wide variety of weights, etc.

This program is the bridge to enjoying a healthy pregnancy.

We highly recommend moving to the Le FitPregnancy program once becoming pregnant and receiving the green light from your physician. Keeping physical and emotional balance is key to a successful conception and pregnancy.

Nutritional packages available

If the goal is to further gain or lose weight, the program can be combined with a nutritional package. Prices will vary depending on the plan chosen.
