The Stroller Workout

Description

This program was designed by our specialist Eva Rogel, designed for women who prefer to exercise outdoors along with their babies in their stroller or baby carrier. It gives mothers the opportunity to focus on toning, improving strength, body functionality and body shape.

We follow the Le Fit Mom’s concept and focus on the strengthening of the pelvic floor and core area, especially during warm up activities. Working larger muscle groups

These workouts include mobility, postural awareness and breathing exercises together with strength training and progressively introducing high-intensity interval training with the aim to improve resistance, coordination, and flexibility.

If your goal is to gain/lose weight, a nutritional plan could be added to this program. Prices will vary depending on the plan chosen.
