Description

This program is designed by our specialist Eva Rogel aiming to improve stabilization and support to the spine and pelvic area by strengthening the core if there are no major pathologies. It is the perfect bridge to a high intensity program; we ensure a strong core capable of withstanding any impact and weight load. 

Our workouts include mobility, postural awareness and breathing exercises during the warmup leading into strength training and progressively introducing high-intensity interval training with the aim to improve resistance, coordination, flexibility among others.

During the first 2 weeks we follow the Le Fit Mom’s concept and focus on strengthening the pelvic floor and core area, especially during warm up and cool down activities. It is the best program for any woman who wants to feel strong and confident. Optimize her postural attitude, strength development and her general well-being.

If your goal is to gain/lose weight, a nutritional plan could be added to this program. Prices will vary depending on the plan chosen.
