Description

This program is designed by our specialist Eva Rogel exclusively for expectant mothers to safely stay in shape throughout their pregnancy. Suitable from the beginning of their pregnancy until the end of the third trimester. All our sessions are designed for each trimester.

In the first 3 weeks of the program, we focus on strengthening the pelvic floor and core by following the Le Fit Mom’s concept, leading to larger muscle groups progressively. As the program moves forward, the workouts will include aerobic and strength-conditioning exercises, to improve resistance, coordination, flexibility, and to prepare you for the real marathon of giving birth and postpartum recovery.

If your main goal is to maintain a healthy weight for you and the growing baby during pregnancy, a nutritional plan could be added to this program. Prices will vary depending on the plan chosen. Joining both plans will positively help in the case of Gestational Diabetes.
